What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).

Which company will deliver the order to me?

Spain and Portugal will be delivered with MRW. Rest of the world depending on the order (you will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including tracking information)

How can I track my order?

After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam box) with the confirmation of it and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, can take 1 day with the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the order completed with the link to "See lost" and "follow up", there you will refer to the carrier link associated with your order.

Can I choose a delivery date/time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
You can try to contact MRW at www.mrw.es (Spain), www.mrw.pt (Portugal) or the company we choose depending on the country you are in, directly to organize a possible delivery date.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

Do you guarantee authenticity?

Yes, all items are 100% guaranteed authentic. Purchasing luxury resale online can be intimidating and we are committed to providing a risk-free shopping experience, so you can complete your order with confidence.

How do you authenticate your products?

We meticulously inspects each item by hand, we take every detail into account, methodically inspecting a combination of elements: label, code, stamp, hardware, stitching, material, symmetry, and overall craftsmanship. To verify each piece as legitimate, we compare what we find with the respective house’s established standards. *Brands identified are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold, and none of the brands sold assume any responsibility for any products purchased from or through the website. How do you determine an item(s) condition?

Are prices negotiable?

Unfortunately not. Our prices are fixed at the amounts indicated on each product.

Where do you get your products?

We thoroughly source and personally select every garment in secondhand markets and vintage stores (most of them specialize in luxury vintage) around the world.
